About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and increasing revenue across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
